WHO WE ARE
ONE|Boulder is a growing collective devoted to creating a thriving local region where individuals, businesses and communities have access to the essential resources needed to activate their soul purpose.
For the last several years we've been laying the foundations of an alliance to support mutual thriving, starting at a city scale.
Our first mission is to establish a resilient community of practice here in Boulder, one that meaningfully adapts to systemic change and bridges differing perspectives to bring people together and meets our common needs locally.
Even more important than WHAT we do is HOW we do it, so we use techniques inspired by decades of authentic relating, intentional community building, and regenerative culture to tend our relations.
We also use over 40 years of wisdom developed in the emergency response community to support the effective coordination of our projects.
Where We Came From
ONE|Boulder has grown through a groundswell of contributors who share a common purpose Align as ONE to create the current and future culture we want to be a part of.
It began in 2017, working out of an office at the Impact Hub in Boulder, CO and blossomed into a coworking community and regenerative cultural hub at the Integral Center in 2018 and The Riverside and the Urban Farm Stand in 2020.
Almost 1,000 community events supported since Fall 2020
Numerous initiatives to support alternative models for provisioning and sharing resources, including starting a community farm for the 2020 season.
Developing the ONE|Boulder App to distribute its social role through providing an online platform for local event producers and service providers to share their offerings.
Teaching effective coordination strategies based in authentic communication, effective team dynamics, and emergency response systems to ground local projects that regenerate economy and ecology.
Where We're Going
ONE|Boulder is our first prototype of an even greater global vision called ONE|Local, to be a network of communities, uniquely their own yet connected to a similar mission: the activation of individual and regional soul purpose.
Before we scale however, we are taking the time to anchor here in Boulder and learn what we need to learn in order to take this to other communities and eco-villages in the country and in the world.
